As a former salon owner, Nanette has experienced the deep learning required to enable her to understand the many challenges that hairdressers face when managing their own business.

Now as a trusted adviser and business coach, Nanette uses her considerable listening skills to assist her clients to recognise possible solutions, and to construct and implement clear strategies that will create the positive changes they need for their business to thrive.

As well, Nanette is particularly passionate about customer service, and has developed The Salon Ambassador Program to train apprentices in the art of superior care for their clients, which can only enhance the stature of the salon.
