Our mission and purpose is to assist individuals and organisations to discover, develop and maximise their abilities and assets.
Improving communication and performance of staff, building flexibility and adaptability in these times of rapid change, helping managers to lead and coach rather than tell and direct, will empower staff to take personal responsibility and ownership over their work environment. Offering some choice and control wherever possible minimises stress in the workplace as staff feel validated in their areas of expertise therefore increasing their self-esteem.
For the Individual
CollegeCoaching will work with individuals to help them achieve SMART goals i.e. specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timed. The coach’s responsibility is to discover, clarify and align with what the client wishes to achieve. We encourage client self-discovery and elicit client generated solutions and strategies. We hold the client responsible and accountable. There is much work to be done if you choose to undertake coaching, but the results can be profound.
